Tenneson, 22, crossed Inlo Hong Kong today from Communist China and said he turned his back on the United Slates because his step, father "used to bent and whip me" back in Aldcn, Minn. The one-time private first class in the U. S. Army said he also chose Communism because he dis agreed with Army policies and be cause he believed "a bunch of American Generals" practiced germ warfare during the Korean War.
