Friday that someone had stolen a
small dog belonging to his chil
dren. The dog was about 2'i
months old and was black with
brown feet and chest. Anyone see

Robbers Found
MOBILE, Ala. ( The second
of two men wanted for the $51,
000 robbery of a Umatilla, Ore,,
bank, was arrested at Clanton,
Ala., Saturday, the FBI announced
Jack Hill, about 30, was arrest
ed by FBI agents and Clanton "po
lice on a complaint filed at port
land. Ore.. Friday, said Fred Hall-
ford, special agent in charge of
the FBI district office here.

Falls Naval Recruiting Station, re
cently returned from Portland,
where he reenlisted for four years.
next February, he will have com
pleted 21 years of naval service.
During his service, Cuffel served
aboard the- USS Washington dur
ing the battle of Guadalcanal and
aboard the USS John W. Thoma-
son when it was rammed on the
night of November 11, 1951, by her
sister ship, the USS Buck. There
were no lives lost in the ramming
accident, Cuffel says.
