h BEING A FIRST GRADER is most exciting, especially if home is a modern new trailerhouse" where a younger brother lives too and if both mother and dad are professional entertainers'. BJonde; blue-eyed Lynn Turigliotto, is going to school at the Twyla Ferguson elementary building in the South Suburban area. Home is at the Moun tain Vu Trailer Court on the Merrill Highway. Her father, known to Klamath Falls as owner of ''The Tommy Parks Manhattans," now teaches 140 Klamath County boys and girls to play the accordion.
