Her four year old son is there al ready and is attending kindergart en in the bay city. The Teats plan to move into Chiloquin upon her return, Dan Werner of Salem and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Moore of Port land are visiting Mr and Mrs. Jack Werner in Bonanza. Food Sale to be held at the New Highway Route Open LAKE VIEW The California Highway Department has opened for travel the 16-mile stretch of newly reconstructed Three Flags Highway (U.S. 395) between Ra vendale and Secret Valley in east ern Lassen. County, according to Forrest E. Cooper, president of the Three Flags Association. He made an inspection trip over the section last week. Work will go on all winter on the three mile reconstruction con tract on the summit of Likely Mountain, just south of Likely. Cooper reported. This new work will be done on an alignment which will not affect the existing road bed. Three Flags Association officials, said Cooper, are pleased with the speed with which the California Highway Department is bringing the Three Flags route up to par with others in the state. Mrs. F.
