RENO (UP I Rita Hayworth, through her attorney Bartley Crum, announced Tuesday she would fight a writ filed by former husband Aly Khan, asking that she produce their daughter. Yasmin, for a six week's visitation in Eu rope. Crum said that he would ask District Court Judge A. J. Maes tettl, either late today or tomorrow, to order withdrawn a writ filed by Aly Khan asking custody of Yasmin for six weeks, regardless of whether the French courts rec ognized the validity of the Reno divorce of the couple. However, Miss Hayworth has Indicated she will let Yasmin go to her father for six weeks when and If. the French courts recog nize the divorce. The court goes Into session Sept. 15 Crum said. Miss Hayworth now is in New York and will take a ship to France immediately with Yasmin and Rebecca, the latter a daught er by Orson Wells. "It bolls down to this." he said.
