today.
Sixth Army headquarters an
nounced yesterday that military
police had arrested Martin Mon
day for drunkenness and imper
sonating an officer. The Army
said Martin was wearing a first
lieutenant's bars on his private's
uniform.
He was arrested Just three flays
alter a icdcrai court ordered him
released from the Sixth Army
stockade on grounds the Army had
no jurisdiction to try him for an
offense committed during a previ
ous enlistment. The court also
held that the collaboration charges
against the soldier constituted
