KLAMATH COUNTY'S 12th TRAFFIC FATALITY occurred Monday evening at 7 on the Lake of the Woods highway, 1 1 miles west of Klamath Falls. Jackie Eugene Fenimore, 22, was thrown 86 feet clear of -the car and killed when his car veered 187 feet across the highway and came to rest upside down. McCarter pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge atier the original felony charge had been dropped. MACDOEL Funeral services were held Wednesday at Weed lor Paul Joseph Clark, 66. a Red Rock homesteader who came to Butte Valley in 1904. He died Sunday aft ernoon at the Mount Shasta Hos pital. Interment was In Lakeview Cemetery at Macdoel. He hauled timber by horse team more than 40 years ago for the numerous lumber mills in Butte Valley and to the box factory at Dorris. For the last few year, he and his family operated a ranch between Edgewood and Gazelle. Survivors Include the widow. Cades Smith Clark of Macdoel: two sons. Orion Clark of Gazelle and Edward (Bud l Clark of Parks Creek; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Nunn of Big Bar and Mrs. Lor ene Davidson of Bear Valley; a brother. Fay Clark of Mt. The Rose boy was killed and ! another passenger. Samuel Fins-. hour, 19. of Fori Jones, was slight-, ly injured in the accident. Alcantar was unhurt. The accident occurred when the eastbound auto failed to make a curve near Forest I House at the eastern end of the Forest Mountain grade. Rose had hitchhiked his ride in the car, California Highway Pa trolmen Indicated. Meanwhile, funeral services for Rose were held at 2 p.m. Tues day at Girdner's Funeral chapel in Yreka.
