The power company's plans call for storage of the overflow of Up per Klamath Lake in Aspen and Round lakes, and for domestic, ag ricultural and municipal needs to be given priority over Copco s use of the water. The proposed project would pro vide for storage of 580.000 acre-teet of water and would provide a pow er development of 316,000 kilowatts of power.
