Born July 3. 1880. Hilty was a native of Kansas City, Missouri, and lived in Dunsmuir many years. Mr.' Hilty is survived by two sisters. Mis. Bertha Hoover, Port land, and Mrs. Victoria Maxwell, Kansas City, Missouri. Final rites were scheduled to be held in Portland this week.
