When reporters pointed this out

drawn hastily for a check but later
was reinstated. A U. 3. spokesman
said there was not clear rceord the
Red Chinese were still members
of the postal union, and that any
way the United States would never
let them be Invited to the con

In Bern, Switzerland, officials of
the postal union said today that
the Chinese Nationalist, govern

sources said Red China's admis

meeting only.
The other section of the U. S.
atomic resolution would give the
U. N. Assembly's endorsement to
the international atomic energy
agency the United States wants to
set up, with or without the Rus
sians. It also would link it with
the U. N. in a status similar to
that of the specialised agencies.
