include broiled tish tillers, pictured above, with lemon noodles, hot biscuits and vegetables.

For the dish pictured above, the oven (350 degrees) about 25 mil
following Ingredient are required:
2 large or 4 smalt salmon
steaks
2 tablespoons melted butter or
margarine
6 ounces broad noodles
1 tablespoons butter or mar

utes). Drain and rinse. While mac
aroni is cooking, brown meat and
onion lightly In fat or drippings.

until thickened. Stir In cheese and
macaroni. Pour Into, greased l'i
quart caserole. Baks in moderate

CHILI MAC
. y2 pound ground beef
'z green pepper, chopped
,'2 small onion chopped
2 tablespoons fat or drippings
1 cup cooked kidney beans
1 54 cup cooked tomatoes
1'4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1. teaspoon chill powder

Brown beef, ffreen nenner and

skillet. Add tomatoes and klrinov
beans. Cortblne salt, pepper, chill
powder, sugar, vmegar and water

Add macaroni and mlic well. Cover

Serve hot. Makes four servings.
