Frank Barnes moved back to his home in Lakcview. His daugh ter Mrs. Earl Cogburn drove him up on Friday. The Rev. and Mrs. L. A. Myers will stay with Mr. Barnes through the winter months. They are irom Port Bidwell, Cali fornia. Mrs. Eliznbclh Jelly and Mrs. Homer Handbury, Lakcview, were callers Wednesday, at the home of Mrs. Clara Baxter. Mr. and Mrs. Loy Lamb of the West Side district were visiting friends at the Merle O'Nell home Thursday. Janice Rllcy, Tennant, Is spend ing this week visiting Judy Sni der. Judy had been visiting for two week's with Janice. The Shrine Circus was well at tended in Lakcview Saturdny. A number of local residents were at the afternoon and evening perfor mances. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Vodzo. fian Francisco, were guests of the Clayton Bradleys for several days this last week. They took their son Jeff home with them; he had been spending the Summer at the Bradley's ranch. Mrs. Vosso Is a sister of Helen Bradley. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Cogburn and Only. Klamath Falls, were weekend guests of his parents Mr. and Mrs. Earl Cogburn. They re turned home Sunday evening. Little Cynthia Wood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wood. Lake view, spent the weekend with her grandmother, Mrs. Oclphla Nel son and Ivy. Freddie Cornctt. son of county agent and Mrs. Elgin Cornett. Is visiting his grnndpaients at Hood River for a few weeks. He ac companled his aunt Moya Riley home alter she had been visiting for a week here with the Cornells. Visitors in this district Satur day were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Davis. Denver, Colorado, who were visit ing with relatives. Mrs. Davis was formerly Ruly Smallcy, eldest (laughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lige Smallcy who arc now making their home in Canby. Oregon. A get-together lor a reunion and Sunday dinner was held at the homo of Mr, and Mrs. Chuck Har per in Lakcview In honor of the Bill Davis'. Relatives present for the occasion were: Mr. and Mrs. John Baxter. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ayoutt and Kills, New Pine Creek: Mr. and Mrs. v.yne Hampton and girls, Mrs. Dolphin Nelson and Ivy. Mr. and Mis. lull Davis and the Harper family. Mrs. Eva Ar thur, who is an old friend of the lamily, was also present for the occasion. Later in the afternoon the young er people enjoyed swimming in the Harper pool, while the older people were reminiscing of days gone by. The Davis' were -returning home from a vacation trip to Canada where they also visited relatives. On the way home they had visited with other relatives at Portlnnd and Canby.
