IS No. 38 Two Killed In Logging Accident FLORENCE IT! Two men were killed early Monday In a loRsint; operation near Ada, 15 miles south of here. First reports said ft cviy line snapped, and either an A-frame used in logging or a heavy hook struck the two men. The victims were Chester Paul Snyder. 38 of Ada. and Virgil Saratt, 26, of North Bend. Deputy Coroner Jack Fnrman of Lane County was reported rnroute here to investigate.
