Senate Passes Big Funds Bill WASHINGTON Ml The Senate passed by voice vote Wednesday a 2, 036, 000. 000 supplemental appro priation bill, one ol the largest in peacetime history. The total Is approximately 732 million dollars greater than the amount voted by the House. The differences now will have to be worked out by a Senate-House con ference committee. The catch-all measure carries , funds for scores of federal agen cies.
