About 160 cadets from over the state will be at the base for two weeks summer training this year. CAP Cadet groups over the U. S. are at similar air base training camps. Defenso Attorney George Proctor moved for dismissal ol the Indict ment on grounds if did not specify where the alleged crime was com mitted. Circuit Judge David R. Vanden berg held that as the indictment did not state that the crime occurred In Klamath County, this' court had no Jurisdiction In the case. He made his ruling alter hearing ar guments by Proctor and District Attorney Frank Alderson. Morelock was arrested on the non support charge In Oklahoma City.
