It also sets maximum and minimum prices which exporters may charge. Export and Import quotas total ing 421 million bushels were set for the marketing year ending July 31. Bui, with only little over a month to go. Importing coun tries have taken only 315 million bushels. The United States, tor Instance, has sold only 105 million bushels of its 300 million export quota. Importing countries are obligated to buy their full quotas only if wheat Is offered uiem ai uie mm imun price, which Is II 35 a bushel. The top price Is S3 05. Presently, both Canada and the United Slates are ofterlng wheat at about 11.70, or 15 cents above Uie minimum.
