words: .
"With Walcott you've got to

don't have to think nothing out.

Now, there's Uie whole truth and

Not only did Ezzard know, it

All the world's champion knows

arms he seldom essays a Jab. In
close he whales away at Uie body,

But it is a terribly effective way

are going to "keep beatin' each

The Yankees manager made the
statement before his club beat Uie
Sox 7-6 last night.
Meantime. Uie Indians were beat
Ins Boston 2-0 to take a four-game
edge over both the Sox and Yanks
for the American League lead.
' "It's kinda silly, ain't it?" asked
Casey. "Here we are beaUn' each

"Well, now. we've beat them

Uiey beat you three times.

Pot Race
Tomorrow night's hardtop racing

feuds that could cause some added
excitement for the racing fans.
The special event will be -a ten

10 drivers, who register and pay
their five dollar entry fee.
Starting positions will be drawn
at the track before the race gets
underway and Uie first two or

total.
The feuds, which have been work
ing to a head all season, and really
became noticeable last Sunday
night, when some of -the name
drivers became entangled In a few
exchanges of words and some extra
curricular shoving.
These arguments between the dif
ferent drivers seem to enlighten Use
fans, and almost always add some
sort of thrills for the hardtop en

Another' added' attraction will be

Uie track management. -
Going into Uie sixth week of rac

a driver who can come back and
win his second main event. So far
this season a different driver has
won the main event-prize money
every week. f-
Bernic Miller and Cecil James of
M e d f o r d were the first two win

Crawley finished the 25 lap event
first, and last week. Dale Hankihs
entered the winner's circle by cop

As the drivers and cars start the

Bob Crawley in K-66 is leading the
