February 6 in the First Methodist Church to Robert Owen Scoggins was a winter social event. She is the former Audree Rae Duell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Olson; and her, husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Scoggins. Pictures include her young brother, Larry, and her cousin, Janice Corbin, in their shared duties as candlelighters; in another, leaving the altar with her husband after the 8 p.m. ceremony; and with her maid of honor, Gerry Moore, with the . always fascinating florist's box of bridal flowers for the wed ding principals. Mrs. Earl Redman, organist, accompanied Ronnie Bryan, solo ist. Candlelighters were the bride's younger brotiier, Larry; . and har cousin, Janice Corbin. Pink and while carnations ar ranged with large sprays of white stock formed the background for the 8 p.m. service read by the Rev. Lloyd F. Holloway in First Metho dist Church, in the presence of a large gathering of friends and rela tives. The bride's father gave her In marriage. The gown of white chantilly lace with yards and yards of nylon net over satin gathered to a deep yoke of lace below the waist, was de signed with a fitted bodice and a button-up jacket of lace with long fitted sleeves and a Peter Pan col lar. A nylon net crown edged with a single row of orange blossoms held her fingertip veil. She carried a white pr;iyer book centered with a pure while orchid and stock florets tied with atin streamers. Maid of honor. Oerry Moore, wore pink net with lace Inserts: with short sleeved brief bolero of matching lace. Her bouquet was of pnle green carnations and white atock. as were the other atten dants, Wanda Besle and Iris Car ter. Mrs. Olson wore a beige and brown costume to her daughter's wedding, and her corsage was of pink carnations with stock florets. Mother of the bridegroom wore a mvy blue suit with navy accessor ies, and a pink carnation corsage. Guests were received at the home of the bride's parents. Rober ta McCoy poured: Claudeltc Allan cut the cake; and Mrs. E. R. Cor bin and Mrs. C, D. Stevens as sisted. . The blonde bride wore a pink faille suit, pink and white acces sories and a white orchid cor sage, when the couple left for n honeymoon trip along the Californ ia coast. They are now at home. 425 Mt. Whitney Street. KF LIONS . AUXILIARY Klamath Falls Lions Auxiliary entertained their husbands at the annual Sweetheart party held Mon day, February 22 at the home of Mr and Mrs. Jim Olson. A social hour was followed by a potluck dinner served to over 60 guests. Mrs. Truman Runyan won Ibe special prize. The evening was spent playing a name. Other picture shows the happy couple arriving at the Casa Munras in Monterey, where the wedding dinner was served to the guests. They are at home in Seaside, California while Berry .is stationed at Fort Ord with the Band Training Unit. The bridal gown, designed with tiers of pleated nylon over lace, added a Spanish touch to the set ling, a rhinestone tiarn held her shoulder length veil; and her bou quet was of white roses, white car nations and bouvardia, Mrs. Dean E. Minor. Monroe, Washington, was matron of honor for her sister and only attendant. She wore' a waltz length dress of juffled ecru net. Her corsage was of while pbuclonphis orchids. Mrs. Vidricksen chose a royal blue ensemble for her daughter's wedding; and the bridegroom's mother wore powder blue. 'Both wore corsages of white orchids. ; Cpl. The wedding cake, served alter dinner, was topped with a minia ture bride and bridegroom which had decorated the both wedding an niversary cake of the bride's grand parents, Mr, and Mrs, Chris Vid ricksen, Salina, Kansas; and has since been used on five family wed ding cakes. -y Jeanette, a graduate of Everett High school, is a member of Aha Delta PI at the University of Wash ington; and Harold, after gradua tion from KUHS. attended the same university where he was af filiated with Sigma phi Epsllon fraternity.
