milk and 56 cents a pound for but
ter fal. The present dairy product
support prices are designed to re
flect S3.74 for milk and 67.3 for
butter rat.

It would amend Article VI of the
Constitution to require that all
future treaties cannot be the su
preme law of the land unless made
"in pursuance of the Constitution."

since the Constitution first was ap
