FBI Fugitive LOS ANGELES UV-Alex K. Bry .int. 48, was listed as one of the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitives before his recent capture. But now nearly 100 neighbors and business associates want him. They want him to stay here with his wife and baby in the suburban cottage on Mt. Washington, where his attorney says Bryant has led an exemplary life for nearly two years. . The wife, Mrs. Gladys Lawson, says the 100 friends and neighbors have signed two petitions to Gov. Goodwin J. Knight asking him to deny a request for extradition. Mrs. Lawson married Bryant 18 months ago under his assumed name, Edward Lawson. She still insists on using the name Lawson. They have a daughter, 5 months old. .
