Howe, su perintendent of Klamath County schools will go to Portland, Jan 14, to attend meetings of a con servation handbook committee that is developing a conservation pro gram volume for study In Oregon schools. He will also attend a con ference the following day in Fort land for school superintendents. Speaking Mrs. Naomi French, executive director, Camp Fire Girls, has been invited to lead a discussion group and to take part in a panel at a camping workshop to be held in Oregon City, Jan. 18-19, sponsored by the Oregon Sec tion of the American Camping Assn. She plans to attend. Meeting The Women's Assn. of Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church will meet for .a regular church sewing day, 10 a.m. Frl day, Jan. 15, at the church.
