Ralph Womack and Orvllle De Vaul, who are both employed at Grants Pass, spent Thanksgiving with Mrs. Orville DeVaul and lam ily. Ted Rowcliff of Taft spent sev eral days with the Tex Hitsons. The Burnett family joined them for dinner Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Cnrr spent Saturday evening with the Les Leavitts. Jim Womack was a dinner guest at the Bill Burnett home Sunday. The Langrell Valley Community Christmas tree and party will be held at the hall Dec. 17. The pro gram is being arranged by Mar garet Burnett and Cora Leavttt. Santa Claus will be there to give candy and nuts to all the children. The members of the Langell Val ley Women's Club will meet at the hall that afternoon to fill the bags with treats and to decorate the tree. They will have their annual party and a 50 cent gift exchange. All members are urged to attend. Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Hankins and sons of Bonanza spent Mon day evening with the Howrey Rob erts family. Charlotte Grohs was one of the workers on the United Fund drive. Her name was accidentally omitted from the list of workers. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Nork visited at the Leavitt home Friday evening. Wednesday Joe and Betty went to Central Point to see his uncle, Joe Nork and family. Mr, and Mrs. Don Fulk and daughters of Cave Junction snent several days with the Harry Pra ziers. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ritter and Bruce were dinner guests at the Howrey Roberts home Friday eve-nine-. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Gene Horsley and daughters of Klamath Falls were dinner guests. Mr. and Mrs. Curley Evatt of Klamath Falls spent Sunday with her sister, Mrs. Bill Novotny, and husband. Girl Tells Of Attack On Her PORTLAND an A 10-year-old girl newspaper carrier Friday night told police a young man grabbed her drove in his car to the outskirts of the city and there molested her. Police were looking for the man who, the girl said, was driving a convertible coupe. A doctor's examination disclosed the girl had not suffered serious injuries, police said. The girl reported that the man accosted her after she had gotten off her bicycle to deliver a paper. He grabbed her by the arm, and forced her into his car telling her to "keep quiet and you won't get hurt." CHIEF DIES EUGENE WI Charles B.
