The swap of data between the wartime atomic partners will "not" involve information as to weapon.? Atomic Energy Commission said in a statement. It was the last straw for many performers who have donat ed their services for nothing. Many of these stars have long given their talents to entertain visiting royalty, flbn executives, sales conventions, beauty contests and other such events.. When they work for free and then get crit icized, the performers naturally are- peeved. . Everyone else who works those affairs gets paid," argued one top performer. "The doormen waiters, bus boys and musicians get their money. The entertainers get ' no thing but abuse. It ain't right." It's going tn be increasingly hard to obtain stars for any free shows but the most legitimate of chari ties. Actually both sides were in the Kalamazoo Ain't No Joke, Sister LANSING, Mich, in Jennie Tourel, opera - and concert singer, has learned Kalamazoo is no joke. And that goes for Oshkosh, too.
