bringing radlogold and other Iso

Mrs. Blomqulat's drama stu
dents gave what they hope will be
the last presentation ol the two
Christmas plays this morning.
They presented the plsys to stu
dents of Henley High School In the
little theater. Unlike the times the
plays were presented to the KUHS
students both plays were shown,
one right after the other one was
finished and the stage setup
changed a little.

Chester Keluchi, 33-year-old Pit
Indian residing at Beatty. waived
hearing In District Court yester
day afternoon on a charge of taking

He Is held In the County Jail In

The charge against Keluchi had
been larceny of a car. but was re
duced to the lesser degree. Keluchi

rant. But the 45-year-old New Yorker,
who served a prison term for draft
dodging, may be ordered to sur
render before the year ends at mid
night. The U. 8. Court of Appeala indi
cated It may announce aometlme
this afternoon a decision on wheth
er to bar the Justice Department
from taking Rubinstein Into cus
tody. The 4 p.m. Tuesday deadline set
by Alty. Oen. McOranery for
Rubinstein's surrender to the New
York office of the Immigration and
Naturalization Service was almost
two hours past when the Court of1
Appeala asked the Justice Depart
ment to hold up action while It
considers the case.
The Justice Department prompt
ly said It would respect the re
quest. A half dozen Immigration
inspectors who had started comb
ing Washington for Rubinstein were
told to call off the hunt.
