Foils, they hare decided, are a nuisance. So now they wont talk. Crook County has been besieged by pollsters because in every elec tion since 1890 has voted in favor of the candidate who turned out to be the majority choice of voters throughout the nation. The reaction of Crook countians was reported by Thomas O'Neill, Sun special correspondent. "For weeks," O'Neill said in a dispatch from Balem.
