For the first time there will be four separate champlonshlpa at slate one for six-man learns, one for class B schools, those with fewer than 200 students; another for cli.es A-3 schools, which have irom 200 to 600 students; and one for the largest schools, those in class A-l, mootly with more than 600 students. There will be no playoff between A-l and A-2 schools as last year, when Grants Pass won the state ehampionsldp. The cla.',s A-l race is attracting the mou Interest with Marehflelo currently mentioned as one of the learns most likely to win the cham pionship.
