The body of Jerome Stelner. 41, co-owner of the Parker Taxi Co., apparently the onlv occupant of the house, was found by firemen. Cor oner J. A. Folsom said Stelner died of asphyxiation. Unidentified motorists broke a window in the burning building and said they heard screams. Thev were unable to enter. Fire Chief William Bache lor said. Survivors Include a son.
