ORIONS ANNUAL POTLUCK DINNER June 10, for memberi and quest, featured a ityU show, representing female attire from the caveman era to a creation representing the year 4000. In the upper left picture Mrs. Cy Baker is shown wearing a cape and shawl belonging to Mrs. Mary Turner. They were her grandmother's, who wore them during the Civil War; Mrs. Samuel Thompson, seated, in a model of a "year 4000" model, which she fashioned of plastic, costing ninety cents; Mrs. James Barnes in a wedding dress belonging to her great-great-grandmother, worn by her in 1830; the gloves, fan and lace head scarf were worn by her grandmother in 1880. Young girl in the handmade school dress, worn over 20 years ago, is modeled by Jane Carlson. Lower left, Mrs. Preston Card in, a formal Japanese evening gown, and obi evening wrap; Tessa Lynn Green in a Brownie uniform vintage of the late twenties, belonging to the Goeller family; Mrs. Robert Reddard, back, wearihg a chiffon evening dress circa 1930; Mrs. Duane Baker, modeling a handmade dress and pantaloons made by Mrs. Mary Turner's mother, and worn in turn by each girl in her family.
