The popular young couple are members of well known local families. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. Marks, 2105 Auburn Street, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond H. Bigger, Lakeview High way.The couple is pictured after the exchange of vows at the informal 7 p.m. wedding. May 25, at Klamath Lutheran Church, Maxine Maude Liskey, daughter of Mrs. Dave Lis key and the late Mr. Liskey, 1041 Eldorado Avenue, became the bride of Bruce Rand Wirth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sol Wirth, 3135 Sunset. The four o'clock service was read by Reverend Irvin -Tweet in the presence of a large group of relatives and friends. White Anthurlum with ti leaves' were used in the altar bouauets and tall standards of the same flowers were placed in ihe chancel against a background of lighted white tapers in seven branch can delabra. Pews were marked with white ropes caught at intervals with flowers matching those on Uie aitar. Nuptial music was provided by Mrs. Don Zumwall at the organ and Miss Joy Kent of Chicago, who sang "Ave Mam, and "On. Per fect Love. Mrs. Arthur Dernson played the wedding marches. - For her wedding the bride wore a beautiful gown of white lace over white satin, made with long sleeves, sweetheart neckline out lined in seed pearls and Iridescent sequins. Her very lull sxirt wntcn ended in a court tram, was high lighted by Insets of pleated nylon net. A tiiry shell cap of lace held in place her fingertip veil of net, and she carried a shower bouquet of white orchids. Mrs. Glenn Lorenz, of Oakland, California, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Marjorie Clark of Richland, Washington, and Claudette Shuck. Al wore Identical ballerina length frocks of deep aqua, fashioned with very full skirts of net over taffeta and short sleeved bodices of lace. Each wore Juliet caps of aqua net with tiny clusters of brown cym bldlum orchids at the hairline. Their flowers were white Anthur- Bigger. Lakeview Highway. June Is a graduate of the Uni versity of Oregon, class of '60, and Is a member of Chi Omega. She Is now on the staff of the Polk County Welfare department, Dal las, Oregon. Her fiance is a graduate of the school of forestry at Oregon State College, and Is aflliated with Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Since his graduation in 1949 he has been with the OSO foresty depart ment and Is now on leave to do advanced study at Syracuse Uni versity, working for his master's degree In forestry, to be conferred the first week In June. It was decided to postpone our money-making pro ject until the fall of the year. The pins have arrived. Members without pins, are to get them at the next meeting. She accented her en semble with a small hat of dark brown net and wheat lace and yellow orchid corsage. Immediately following the cere mony a reception was held at Reames Country Club, where flow ers identical to those used at the church were attractively arranged with bird of paradise, papyrus and tl leaves. Mrs. John Liskey, Mrs. Claude Shuck and Mrs. Victor Shuck, all aunts sot the bride, poured at the refreshment table which was covered with white or gandy over white taffeta. The tiered wedding cake was toped with a white orchid and small silver bells and tiny deep purple orchids were used at tho base. Mrs. Clarence Ward and Mrs. F. W. Peak served the wedding cake. Presiding at the punch bowls were saroara maimer, jean Ben ham and Jean Underwood. Tha guest book was carried by Mrs. John Humphrey. Organ music was played by Catherine , Coles during the recep tion hours. The couple is spending their honeymoon In Canada and at Ore gon coastal points. Upon their re turn they will be at home at 1540 Eldorado Avenue. For travel, the bride chose a navy blue suit with navy and white accessories and wore the white orchids from her wedding flowers.
