Art Workshop Plans Pushed The Fourth Annual Klamath Art Workshop Is scheduled to run from July 7 to Aug. 1 this year, ac cording to Pres. Lorraine Johnson of the Klamath Art Association. InMructora are to be Louis Bunde. Portland artist who re cently was represented in the Met ropolitan Museum's "American Painting. 1950" exhibition and the exclusive Whitney Museum annual, and Roy W. Mallery, Eugene de signer. The workshop is held under the sponsorship of the art association. in cooperation with the state sys tem of blither education. This year all-day classes as well as night classes will feature Instruction in painting techniques, graphics, end crafts. Horse Throws, Injures Boys Two boys were hurt ust before dark Thursday when a horse they were riding threw them against a pickup truck and then rolled on them. They were Kenneth Hudson. 15. 4334 Austin, and Gilbert Robles, 16. The Hudson boy apparently re ceived a badly injured hip ana both were knocked out for a few min utes. The Incident occurred at Sturdl vant and Summers Lane. An 11-year-old boy, Frank Ed v.srds. 5533 Miller, underwent an emergency appendectomy late Thursday night at Klamath Valley Hospital. FALSE ALARM City firemen answered an alarm at mid-morning today and checked a report smoke wss rising off the roof of the First Federal Savings and Loan building. 6th and Main streets Firemen used the auto matic ladder truck to gain the roof, but found no smoke or fire.
