Albany, the host team, won the Class A tournament by defeating Roosevelt of Portland 9-1 Saturday night. Gervais defeated Boardman 4-1 for the Class B chamnionshin at Drain. The Dalles won third place In the A division by blanking Lincoln of Portland 1-0. Creswell. which shut out Ma Lin 7-0, was the B tourna ment third place winner. Albany, the first upstate tourna ment winner in the last seven ears, collected seven runs in the third inning of the title game. Pit cher LeRoy Babcock limited Roosevelt to five hits and collected two of his team's eight hits.
