Michaels had inform ed the woman, separated from her family for 41 years, about the death of her parents. She proved her identity in court and her brothers agreed she should be given a $30,00 share in the $200,000 estate of her parents, a Min nesota farm couple. Noted Horse Trainer Dies Injuries received two weeks ago at his San Fernando Valley ranch when a horse he was breaking fell on him brought death Saturday night to Jim Fagan, nationally known horse trainer and rodeo per former. He was about 65 years old. Word of his death in San Fer nando Hospital was received here by Keith Moon who is flying south today to attend funeral services Tuesday. Mrs. Moon has been south for several days. Fagan who appeared here two years ago with the widely ac claimed Roy Rogers Liberty team, trained the prize winning Palomino uwnea oy air. ana Mrs. Moon.
