Basketball followers of the Klam
ath Falls Pelicans are thankful
today the schedule-makers sand

The Pelicans, minus two regu
lars clipped with the flu, and look

they had, hold a 44-38 win over
the Indians earned last night in a

minutes.

minutes did the Pelicans resemble
the club that carried an 8-3-1 rec

But the Pels started with a rush
and ran up a 10-4 lead in jlg

a hook shot by Ray Bell.
But Roseburg started controlling
the boards at this point and the
Klamath attack seemed to fall
