Officers say White had an ab normal amount of tools in his oar for which he was unable to give an accounting , . He was taken over to the dis trict attorney's office late this morning for questioning about the tools. In municipal court. White en tered a plea of not guilty to vio lation of .the basic rule. Death Claims . Ross Nickerson Ross Nickerson, well-known for mer -resident of Klamath. Falls, died early this morning at his home in Sacramento. Nickerson was chef at the Wil lard for some years and ran the coffee shop there when it opened. He at one time had restaurant of his own here. He left Klamath Falls in 1935.'
