School Bus Safety Aids Proposed In response to a recent petition by the school board, the traffic safety committee reported certain recommendations to the council last night lor Improvement ol school bus service In the city. The report advised that tour-loot cutbacks be made ol the northwest and northeast corners at llth and Main Streets. At the Intersections ol Bth and High, and llth and High, It was suggested that parking be prohibit ed lor a distance ol 30 fret trom the corner. It was also suggested that widen ing of the street be done at Msln and Mill streets and that a shed on the northeast corner be removed by the owner. Zone Study A request by the school board lor establishment of a bus tone at Fre mont school on High street be held up for urther study. The school board also sought a cutback ol the southwest corner at Main and Riverside, but It waa de cided this would be too costly a pro cedure. The request was denied.
