Judge Adrian Bonnelly. a veteran member of the Philadelphia court of common pleas told the Associated Press: "We don i need new laws we need more trained psy chiatrists. Whether a boy is abnor mal or a social is a strictly medi cal problem." Judge Bonnelly. 60. added that he didn't think there were any more sex crimes now than when he was a boy. A Dutch fisherman dredged the purse out of the North sea this autumn and aid in locating the own er was asked of the federal bureau of investigation, the Seattle agent of the F.BJ, J. B. Wilcox, reported. Papers in the purse mentioned the name of William R. Dunaway, IS, Seattle. Dunaway was a former member of the University of Washington ski team.
