Nov. 21 Ift Welrton Steel onn.pany and Welrtun Independent union today announced agreement to a new Joint-contrlbu-lory Insurance program. Tha anounremenl said tha 13400 Welrton employes will get "greatly Increased benefits at lower unit costs."
