Go to Jail Four Indian were Jailed here yesterday afternoon lor disorderly conduct throwing snowballs Into a theatre lobby and further In vestigation brought a bootlegging count against one, John H. John son of Seattle. The four were: Johnson, 44, hair breed Indian; Frank White, Seattle, a Crow Indian: Mary Brown, 11, of 500 Broad, a Klamath, and Cath erine Hurdo, 42, of Chlloquln, a Klamath. Bootlegger Charge They were arrested by city police for throwing snowball Into the lobby of the Pelican. A short time later Police Officer John Rizzo ac companied Mis Brown to her Broad street residence where she was go ing to raise ball money, and on the ay the remarked that Johnson was a bootlegger and she could prove It. She pointed out a black coupe parked on Klamath avenue and told Rlzzo he would find a case of wine In the car. The officer looked, found a suit case packed with small bottles of wine and a pint of whiskey. Another Coant Back at the police station John son admitted ownership of the booze and said he had given some to the others In the party. He wa booked on the liquor count as well a disorderly conduct. In municipal court this morning Johnson and White were given sus pended sentences to leave town, and the women were fined. The mother, Mrs. Yne Andona and two of the other children were burned severely. The six others es caped the flaming structure. Their father was away at the time.
