Vemon Haley of Bonanza wa de clared the winner of a special Judg ing of Herelord ateera which the Junior competitors won a year ago. Vernon will receive a purebred Herefordj heifer from Oeorge Webb. Mayvllle breeder. "Scramble" wag the chamlon 4-H scramble calf. 'HeramMe Webb, who provided the Hereford calve a year ago, held the com petition to see which calf had fln lnhed out beat. "Scramble" the Ha ley entry, was a 380-pound calf when he dragged It out of the P-I horaeihow ring a year ago. In the competition with other scramble calve Tuesday, It wa a sleek 100 pound having gained about two pound per day under the hand of 111 pound vemon on hi parents 1100 cattle ranch.
