So was his 23-year-old mother, Mrs. Van H. Seagraves, who entered the hospital Saturday night and gave birth to the child at 12.26 p. m. yesterday. The baby was named "Nicholas Delano'' traditional names In the Roosevelt family. Mrs. Seagram la the former Anna Eleanor Doll, who was known to the world as "Sistie" when, as a child, she romped in the White House dur ing the early days of the Roosevelt administration. She and Seagrave met as stu dents at Reed college and were mar ried July 7. 1946. Her mother, Mrs. Anna Roosevelt Boetuger, and her brother, Curtis, cam her for the birth.
