Articles appearing on thu subject emphasise that In factories good or der and cleanliness In shops Is aociated with high productivity of labor. At the same time that clean liness is propagandised the press emphasise the importance of econ omy ot raw materials and parts. high productivity of equipment, and strict observation of technological systems, A lead editorial In "Moscow Bol shevik'' recently declared that ev ery working place, every shop must from now on be kept at all times In model order and thoroughly clean. A typical enumerator team Is composed of three college students, two housewives and one chief in terviewer. The latter checks the householders who are reluctant to give Information.
