June 33 A general membership meeting of the Tule Inke Growers association has been called for tomorrow night, Friday at S o'clock In the veterans' training building on the high school grounds. Purpose of the meeting Is to work cut details of handling labor during the harvest here next fall and to d.scuss wage rate. It la not probable that a wage scale will be set at this meeting but such Information aa la needed to rass on to contractors, who will bring transient help In. will prob ably be available following the meeting. Housing facilities for some 1300 single men will be available at the grower's labor camp at Newell but no provision will be made this year for families. All weapons used by an Infantry division will be demonstrated by regulars from tha army's second di vision on the Port Lewis rang. Some new weapons will be shown along with standard infantry arm.
