Manaier Charlci Stark reported that he had already wired Senator Wayne Morse, who has agreed to appear before a conirreasional suo commlttee to pluf for the forest road money. He then read a telegram which Jack Mayne, manager of the Las county chamber and the Three Flags Highway association, had sent to Morse. The directors authorised Stark to wire Morse that the Klam ath chamber agrees with everything stated In Mayne's telegram. Serious Need The Willamette highway and the Klamath Falls-Lakeview highways are two roads with project seriously in need of forest highway funds. Malcolm Epley of the roads com mittee told the chamber. Fred Ehlers of the Junior cham ber of commerce told of final plans for the regatta this week-end and asked che ber support. Arthur Rirkbeil of the Roundup association outlined the program for this year's wild west show at the fairgrounds. He said that the large purse will bring the finest rodeo talent in the West to the affair here. He pointed out that the roundup association is going on a non-profit basis, and turns all net proceeds oyer to the county fair board. He cited resultant improvements m the fairgrounds. It was reported that Sam Ritchey, director in charge of roads, and Epley, will go on the Alturas-ar-ranged tour to Wlnnemucca through Cedarrille this week-end.
