Patsy Ruth Miller. Earl and Burt Mack, pupils of Dorothy Fredericks. gave three accordion solos. The group then adjourned to the art room of KUHS where Robert Ban ister had on display an Interesting array of weaving, jewels, block print ing and ceramics from the Carnegie Art Institute, which he explained. Vera Swansen, president of the elub. has left for a six months' tour of France and Italy, and Mrs. Wesley AlcNee, vice president, will complete his term. He left by plane Satur day, April 34 for New York, and from there was to go by plane to Paris, where he expects to arrive Sunday, May i. He plans to bicycle through the countrysides, and will make sketches and watercolors of places of interest. The dinner address was by Service Officer Farrington. who spoke on "Service to Veterans." Dinner program numbers includ ed vocal selections by the "House Brothers" barber shop quartet; vocal numbers by Mrs. Allison Os borne with Mrs. E. Webb Staunton at the piano, dedicated to both state presidents: a colored quartet from the Henry Tucker post. Weed: a Spanish dance by Mrs. Don Por terfield. and numbers by several of her dance studio students. Mrs. Lynn Keller and Mrs. Don Webster w-ere at the piano. Flower corsages presented by the Tulelake auxiliary drill team were pinned to ribbons worn bv the two state presidents, Mrs. Hanell and Mrs. Coyner, to form lels to the mu sical accompaniment of "Now Is the Hour."
