State police completed the story when they arrested Trump, lodged him In the county Jail on a charge of being drunk on a public high way. Officers said Trump was at tempting to light a cigarette when the operation became too much for him and he staggered off the side walk. An alert motorist prevented the accident but state police were nearby and made the arrest. Trump was to appear in Justice court this afternoon.
