The swimming project will be under the direction of the Red Cross which Is underwriting the program for 475. This amount will cover salary of a swimming teacher, approved by the Red Cross, and transportation to the Klamath Kbits pool. The city council approved the remainder of the fund to round out the 11200 budget that Is needed. Salary of the director and other Incidentals will be paid from this amount.
