Small marketings of feed grain by country Interests, a surprisingly pessimistic winter wheat crop report by the Banta Fe railway and unconfirmed trade rumors that the production and marketing admini stration had re-entered the flour market spurred aggressive buying. At one time May corn was up 8 cents, the dally limit. Gains in wheat ranged to more than cent at times. Soybeans were ahead their l-cent dally limit. Wheat closed S'U-O'i higher, May (US1.-1,, corn was 3", to 7 cent higher, May 12.27, oats were higher, May tl.M-U, and soybeans were 8 cents higher, March (3.62. Selected rails and aircrafts led a forenoon bulge but dealings slowed, a tier a fairly active opening. Ex treme gains running to a point or more were reduced in most cases near the close. Transfers for the full proceedings held to about 800, 001 shares. Ahead the greater part of the arssion were Guf Mobile and Ohio fat a 1047-48 peak). Union Pacific, Illinois Central, Southern Pacific Boeing. American Can. Eastman Kodak and Standard Oil (N. J.)
