Purvlne, director of Oregon Vocational school, addressed the club explaining the purpose of the student loan fund, which his school Is organizing at the present time. Following Mr. Purvlne's talk the club voted to contribute 1500 to this fund In memory of a much loved member. Myrtle Helm. Highlight of the state board meeting recently held In Corvallls were reported by President Loralne Qulllen, who with Eleanor Weather ford, state public affairs chairman, attended the meeting. A program of harp, piano, violin and voice solos will be varied by several ensemble numbers. Those participating are Ellen McAullffe, Betty Noble, Jeanctte Cooper, Jean Bae Oldenberg, Jean ette Klpllnger, Joann Gray, Peggy McAndrews, Carol Burrltt, Malcolm Jackson, Patricia O'Connor, Mar Jorle Smith. Student ac- Reports The Eagles auxiliary held a regu lar meeting Tuesday evening at the FOK hall. Reports were given on auxiliary activities. Drill team members and otflcera practice every Friday evening In preparation for the zone conven tion to be held In Bend May 7. Tho drum corps practices Monday evenings. A program was presented by the chairman, Phyllis Stclzenmueller. Musical numbers were presented by members of the drill team, and special solos by Stella Persell nnd Emma Kllgore.
