.THURSDAY, FEB. 5, 1948 PACI EIGHT HERALD AND NEWS, KLAMATH FALLS, OREGON Bonanza Mr. and Mrs. Roy Frrnlund and daughters hive returned to their borne In Bonanza after visiting her parents in Boston. Mra. Frank Markham left Wed nesday for Phoenix. Aril. Her hus band Is receiving medical care In Phoenix and will return home with btr. Vesta Bogrs. Nellie Simmons and Badle Bray spent Tuesday afternoon with Thelma Jones and Betty. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Poturek. Mr. and Mra. George Fernlund and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Novotny. all of Langell valley, and Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Rupert of Klamath Falls spent Wednesday evening- with Mr. and Mra. Frank Tofell. I Mrs. Frank Brown has been quite 111 the past few weeks. Her sister from Klamath Falls is caring for Trudy and Oeanna, her small daughters. Mrs, Ronnie Ross and children have returned from several weeks" visit with her mother, Mrs. Lola Rueck and family at Salem. Mrs. Fred Fernlund is In Mcdford ' receiving medical care. Sympathy is extended to Mrs. Alice Brown and family whose father, Charles Hammond, passed away in Klamath Falls. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Pepple spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Ed Gowen. Mrs. Jack Hodges received the sad news that her father passed away last week In Kansas. Mr. and Mrs. Hodges and sons spent several weeks in November and December with her parents. Her father has been ill for some time. Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Ross are moving soon to Klamath Falls where they have purchased a home. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Webber of Dairy have purchased the Farmers Market from Mr. and Mrs. West Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rueck spent Saturday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Owen Pepple. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Sparks have a new five-passenger coupe and Don Barnes has a new sedan purchased last week in Klamath Falls.
