Jaywalking Charge Leads To Prison LOH ANGELES, Dec. 5 (P Mor ris Plasiikoff spent 18 days in the city Jail on a Jaywalking citation and then the charge was dismissed. The usual penalty for Jaywalking Is a $2 fine. Plasskoff, a 69-year-old laborer, demanded a Jury trial when he was arraigned before Municipal Judge Walter Odcmar. The Judge fixed ball at $50 but Plasskoff failed to post It and went to Jail.
